To fill water, pull out the rectractable valve, remove the dust cap anf stopper 2.Fill the water 1.5 to 2litre according to body weight and convinence. 3.Place the water cushion on a flat surface and remove the air bubbles. 4. After filling water push down the retractable valve, insert the rubber stopper and close the dust cap. 5.Water should be chsnged once in a month.
